2. Past Purchases
If someone has already purchased from you, then you don’t need to educate them. Instead, you should be promoting new and exciting products or offers to keep them engaged with your brand. Separating subscribers based on this alone will ensure your efforts are being put to good use.
3. Customers Who Didn’t Review
Positive or negative, reviews are important. Try segmenting a portion of your list based on people who haven’t left a review. Ask them to provide their feedback so you can proudly display it, or use it to better your product.
