Your virtual assistant never needs to know your username and password for your Mailchimp account to add content to your Mailchimp email newsletter template. Just give them admin access to your account and they’ll be able to add content, build a newsletter template, integrate your social media, Google Analytics, and CRM system. They’ll be able to view your stats and translate them for you.

Mailchimp Admin Remote Account Access

Log into your Mailchimp account and go to the “Account” tab on the dashboard toolbar. It’s all the way over on the right-hand side of the dashboard toolbar.

> Hover over your account name at the top right of your dashboard.

> When the pop-up menu appears, click on Account.

> On the left-hand side you’ll see settings. Click on the click on the drop down arrow. Click on Users.

> On the right side of the screen click invite a user.

> Enter the email address of the Mailchimp account user that you want to grant account access to.

> Click send. That’s it you’re done. The person you’re granting access to needs to accept the email invitation and they’re able to log into your Mailchimp account.
